3. User Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into agreements
• Possess the required qualifications for AI training work
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration

4. Registration and Account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

5. Work Standards and Quality

As an AI trainer, you agree to:

• Maintain high-quality standards in all work submitted
• Follow provided guidelines and instructions
• Ensure accuracy and originality in your contributions
• Meet agreed-upon deadlines and requirements
• Maintain professional conduct in all interactions

6. Payment and Compensation

Payment terms include:

• Hourly rates starting at $25 USD
• Payment processing within 30 days of work completion
• Bonus opportunities for high-quality, high-volume work
• Responsibility for applicable taxes and deductions
• Payment method as specified in individual agreements

7. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to your original work, but grant us a license to use your contributions for AI training purposes. We maintain ownership of the AI models and datasets created through our platform.

8. Confidentiality

You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:

• Proprietary information and trade secrets
• Client data and project details
• Internal processes and methodologies
• Any sensitive information encountered during work

9. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Submit plagiarized or copied content
• Use automated tools or scripts without permission
• Share account access with others
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of these terms or poor performance.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
